The invention relates to a board for use in interior construction, especially for producing new walls in a room or for paneling wall, ceiling or roof surfaces of a room. Said board is provided on at least two opposite ends, a first and a second end, with connecting means, especially having a groove-and- tongue design, for linking the board with other boards of the same kind. The connecting means facilitate a catch, snap-in or click-in connection with an adjoining board of the same kind. Additional fastening means are provided on the board itself or on two boards linked with each other for fastening the board on a support construction. The invention also relates to a method for producing new walls of a room or for paneling already existing wall, ceiling or roof surfaces of a room. According to this method, a first board is mounted, a second board is linked with the first board by establishing a catch, snap-in or click-in connection on the adjoining lateral edges of the two boards, and the second board is secured by additional fastening means.
L'invention concerne un panneau pour l'aménagement intérieur, servant notamment à réaliser de nouvelles parois d'une pièce ou à revêtir des surfaces de parois, des surfaces de plafonds d'une pièce ou des pans de combles. Ce panneau présente des moyens de raccordement prévus sur au moins deux côtés opposés, un premier et un deuxième côté, notamment un système de languettes et rainures servant à raccorder ledit panneau à d'autres panneaux du même type. Ces moyens de raccordement permettent un raccordement à verrouillage ou encliquetage à un panneau voisin, du même type. Des éléments de fixation supplémentaires sont prévus au niveau du panneau lui-même, ou sur deux panneaux assemblés, pour fixer le panneau sur une construction de support. Selon un procédé pour réaliser de nouvelles parois d'une pièce ou pour revêtir des surfaces de parois, des surfaces de plafonds d'une pièce ou des pans de combles, on monte tout d'abord un premier panneau, puis on raccorde un deuxième panneau au premier au moyen d'un assemblage à verrouillage ou encliquetage au niveau des arêtes latérales voisines de ces deux panneaux. On bloque ensuite le deuxième panneau au moyen d'éléments de fixation supplémentaires.
