ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a tamper resistant paper towel handling unit, for mounting in a wall and comprising a wall box and a forward door which is used to open and close the wall box. The door is provided with a mouth or opening which provides access to the wall box when the door is closed. The wall box and door are adapted to co-operate with one another when the door is closed so as to support against inward collapsing of the door and to block off access to the periphery of the doormouth to resist outward prying of the door.
