A wall-mounting electric heating apparatus mounted on a wall includes a spacer textile, a flame-resistant electric heating textile, a cloth and a power supply. The spacer textile is located on a side of the wall-mounting electric heating apparatus adjacent to the wall. The flame-resistant electric heating textile is located on the spacer textile and includes an electric heating fiber and a flame-resistant fiber. The cloth is located on the flame-resistant electric heating textile. The power supply is electrically connected with the electric heating fiber of the flame-resistant electric heating textile.
