ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A closet structure is disclosed and includes a pair of wall units disposed one on each of two opposed side walls. Each wall unit comprises a relatively rigid, self-supporting panel having an array of openings arranged in a plurality of vertical rows spaced equally across the surface of the panel with the openings in each row equally spaced from one another and in horizontal alignment with corresponding openings in adjacent rows. The panels are supported at a spacing from the respective side walls and a plurality of article-supporting elements are engaged in the openings in the panels and are adapted to support articles of clothing and the like.
