BFN 6555 WAREWASHER BYPASS SOIL COLLECTOR Abstract of the Disclosure A warewasher such as a domestic dishwashing machine has a first recirculating path for recirculating wash and rinse fluids through nozzles which spray the fluid onto food ware items in the wash chamber of the warewasher. Fluid is also circulated from the wash chamber through a fluid bypass circuit which bypasses the spray nozzles and conducts fluid to a soil collector which is separated from the wash chamber. The soil col- lector removes food soil debris from the fluid and holds it for discharge into the warewasher drain system when the fluids are drained from the warewasher.
