A method wherein a flat parison (2) is extruded using a flat die (1) in such a way that it hangs freely either at the extruder outlet or following a heat treatment, and the parison is squeezed in a moulding device (7) consisting of a mould (3) and a matching opposite mould (4) with a vertical land (5), and separated by a cutting means for cutting the upper portion (6) of the flat parison. Thermoforming is preferably carried out by injecting compressed air into the opposite mould cavity after retracting the moulding device.
Le procédé consiste à extruder à l'aide d'une filière plate (1) une paraison plate (2) qui pend librement soit en sortie d'extrusion soit après conditionnement themique et qui est pincée dans un dispositif de moulage (7) formé d'un moule (3) et d'un contre moule (4) dont le plan de joint (5) est en position verticale, et séparé par un moyen de découpe de la partie supérieure (6) de la paraison plate, dans laquelle le thermo-formage se fait de préférence par injection d'air comprimé dans la cavité du contre moule, après escamotage du dispositif de moulage.
