WARMING GARMENT FOR PERSONS IN WHEEL CHAIRS ABSTRACT This garment, called a T-Bag for the purpose of keeping elderly people or wheelchair patients warm, is made up of three layers of material: - a lining of flannelette - an inner core on bonded polyester fibrefill - an outer covering of cotton or flannelette. It is machine quilted in five inch squares and bound around the edge with the same material as the lining, The tube which fits over the feet and legs is open in the back and closes behind the knees with a Velcro fastening. The waist of the garment, which has a quilted muff type pocket for the hands, is also fastened in the back with Velcrow allowing the garment to expand for larger sizes.
