A washer (14) and a threaded assembly (22) between a screw (30) and a workpiece (42) are disclosed. The washer (14) is offset up to an angle (.alpha.) with respect to a flat initial state, such that said washer has an insert thickness (De) that is substantially greater than the initial thickness (Da) thereof. The washer (14) is made of a malleable material. The length (Lg) of an unthreaded shank section (40) of the screw (30) is smaller than the sum of the thickness (Dw) of the workpiece (42) and the insert thickness (De) of the washer (14), and essentially not smaller than the sum of the thickness (Dw) of the workpiece (14) and the insert thickness (Da) of the washer (14). When the last thread of the screw (30) leaves the workpiece (42) on being screwed in, the force previously exerted on the washer (14) by the feed of the screw is zero. The washer (14) has been plastically deformed thereby, such that said washer retains the flattened state thereof and bridges the space between the workpiece (42) and the screw head (34) free from play. The workpiece (42) and the washer (14) thereby remain firmly clamped between the head (34) and the thread (36) of the screw (30), and the prevention of inverse rotation is ensured.
L'invention concerne une rondelle (14) et un assemblage par vis (22) entre une vis (30) et une pièce à usiner (42). La rondelle (14) est coudée par rapport à un état de départ plan jusqu'à un angle (.alpha.), de sorte qu'elle possède une épaisseur d'utilisation (De) bien supérieure à son épaisseur de départ (Da). La rondelle (14) se compose d'un matériau pouvant être déformé de manière plastique. La longueur (Lg) d'une section de tige de la vis (30) sans filet (40) est inférieure à la somme de l'épaisseur (Dw) de la pièce à usiner (42) et de l'épaisseur d'utilisation (De) de la rondelle (14) et n'est essentiellement pas inférieure à la somme de l'épaisseur (Dw) de la pièce à usiner (14) et de l'épaisseur de départ (Da) de la rondelle (14). Lorsque lors du vissage la vis (30) quitte avec son dernier pas de filet la pièce à usiner (42), la force exercée préalablement sur la rondelle (14) en raison de l'avance de la vis est égale à zéro. La rondelle (14) a été déformée de manière plastique, de sorte qu'elle conserve son état aplati et comble sans jeu l'écart entre la pièce à usiner (42) et la tête de la vis (34). Ainsi, la pièce à usiner (42) et la rondelle (14) restent bien serrées entre la tête (34) et le filet (36) de la vis (30) et une sécurité antiretour est garantie.
