A washing and cleaning system on a packing machine (1) of the type which manufactures filled packing containers from prefabricated container cases and which within a substantially wholly closed machine housing (6) comprises a bottom-forming station (2) a filling station (3), a top-forming station (4) and a driven chain or band conveyor (5) for transporting the cases between and through the said machine stations. The system comprises a slide (17) movable to and fro along a guide bar (16) which carries a number of freely adjustable nozzles (18) connected to one or more vessels containing fluids necessary for the washing and cleaning. The nozzles (18), moreover, are adjusted and distributed so that at least the bulk of all the machine components and spaces within the machine housing (6) as well as the inside of this housing are accessible to the fluid issuing through the nozzles (18) during the reciprocating movement of the slide (17) along the guide bar (16). The system, furthermore, comprises supplementary nozzles (26 and 28, 29 respectively), firmly mounted at the conveyor (5) and in conjunction with the bottom-forming station (2) which likewise are connected, or connectable, to the said fluid vessels and with the help of which a supplementary cleaning of these specially exposed machine components is made possible.
Système de lavage et de nettoyage pour une machine à emballer (1) du type qui fabrique des contenants d'emballage remplis à partir de contenants préfabriqués et qui, à l'intérieur d'un logement fermé (6), comprend une station de formage de fond (2), une station de remplissage (3), une station de formage de dessus (4) et un convoyeur à chaîne ou à courroie afin de transporter les contenants entre les différentes stations. Le système comprend une liaison glissière (17) qui se déplace dans un mouvement de va-et-vient le long d'une barre de guidage (16) qui soutient plusieurs buses réglables (18) raccordées à un ou plusieurs récipients contenant les liquides nécessaires au lavage et au nettoyage. Les buses (18) projettent du liquide pendant le mouvement de va-et-vient de la liaison glissière (17) le long de la barre de guidage (16). Ces buses (18) sont réglées et réparties de façon à permettre au liquide d'atteindre l'intérieur du logement de la machine (6) ainsi que la majorité des éléments et des espaces constituant cette dernière. Le système comprend également des buses supplémentaires (26, et 28, 29 respectivement) montées solidement sur le convoyeur (5) et en conjonction avec la station de formage de fond (2) qui sont raccordées, ou peuvent l'être, aux récipients de liquide, permettant un nettoyage supplémentaire des éléments de la machine particulièrement exposés.
