A self-calibrating, self-teaching, self-diagnostic Micro-controller managed Pressure Monitored Flow Management and Flow Control System to detect and prevent leaks and burst on clothes washing machine, dishwashers and alike appliances and utilities. The System includes a Processing Control unit that consists of a micro--controller, receiving signals from pressure & temperature transducer systems; and/or current sensing systems; and from an ambient temperature recording systems; and from moisture-sensing devices; and/or from a smoke recording devices, and/or from a gas recording devices. The system connects pressurized permanent waterlines to temporary flexible hose waterlines to the appliance and control system. The micro-controller using signals from devices mentioned above, determines upstream and downstream pressures and temperatures, current flow to the appliance valves, appliance fill times, floor moisture levels, temperature gradients and will shut flow to the appliance in the event of a leak of burst or and in the event of a extreme temperatures, create visual and audible signals and send a signal to an installed alarm system.
