A waste recovery and treatment system without generating dioxide comprises a heat source device, a heat exchanger, a temperature adjuster, a heating equipment, and an exhaust- treating device. In this system, the heat source device provides a heat source to be exchanged in the heat exchanger for output of hot airflow, which is adjusted in the temperature adjuster for providing a stable airflow at an optimum temperature to the heating equipment to heat waste inside without incurring insufficient heat or overheat so that the waste (aluminum extrusion with plastic accessory for example) can be detached easily without generating poisonous dioxide for saving operation cost, enhancing productivity, and protecting people's health.
