A waste recycling apparatus having a fermentation chamber to ferment waste with aerobic microorganisms on an upper part and a drying chamber for drying intermediate processed matter fermented in the fermentation chamber on a lower part. The fermentation chamber and the drying chamber are made cylindrical and disposed vertically on the same axis. A rotation driving shaft is disposed on the axis as to go through the fermentation chamber and the drying chamber. An impeller to agitate the waste in the fementation chamber and an impeller to agitate the intermediate processed matter in the drying chamber are protruding from the driving shaft.
