ABSTRACT The invention relates to a wrist or pocket watch comprising a bottom (1), cover glass (2) and a support body (3), as well as with a move- ment (4), a dial (6) and hands (5) and random holding means such as a wristband, bracelet or chain (13), the support body (3) serving as a base for the dial (6) and as a base for anchoring the movement (4), as well as in that the bottom (1) and cover glass (2) are fixed to the support body (3) by means of connections (7,8) and in that the support body (3) can have means (12) for fitting holding means such as a bracelet or chain (13) or the latter can be shaped onto the support body (3).
