A water-absorbing composite sheet comprising a water-absorbing layer, a water- retaining layer, and a water-impermeable layer disposed in this order from the skin side, wherein a water backflow prevention layer made of a water- impermeable sheet material having water passage holes is disposed between the water-absorbing layer and the water-retaining layer and the total area of the water passage holes accounts for 3 to 40%, excluding 40%, of the total area of the water backflow prevention layer. The sheet has a sufficient water absorption and is comfortable because water backflow to the skin is reduced.
L'invention concerne une feuille composite absorbant l'eau, comprenant une couche absorbant l'eau, une couche retenant l'eau et une couche imperméable à l'eau, couches prévues dans cet ordre en partant du côté peau. Une couche empêchant le reflux de l'eau, en matériau en feuille imperméable à l'eau comportant des orifices de passage pour l'eau, est prévue entre la couche absorbant l'eau et la couche retenant l'eau, et la surface totale de l'orifice de passage pour l'eau représentant de 3 à moins de 40 % de la surface totale de la couche empêchant le reflux de l'eau. Ladite feuille présente une absorption de l'eau suffisante et est confortable car le reflux de l'eau vers la peau est réduit.
