Disclosed is a water-activating particle casing with an annular float, said casing having openings to allow washing water to flow in and out from said casing and contact the water-activating particles contained therein, thereby increasing the cleaning capability of the washing water circulating in a washing vessel. The annular float is of closed cell rubber, surrounding the body of said casing, thereby permitting said casing to float and ride on the swirling circulation of washing water in the washing vessel. Thus, the water-avtivating particles can be effectively exposed to circulating washing water to permit their surface activities to be used to their limit in washing.

Le boîtier comporte des ouvertures permettant à l'eau de lessive d'y pénétrer et d'en ressortir afin d'entrer en contact avec les particules activatrices d'eau qui y sont enfermées, de manière à accroître les capacités de nettoyage de l'eau de lessive circulant dans le panier de lavage d'une machine à laver. Le flotteur annulaire, constitué de caoutchouc à cellules closes, entoure le boîtier et lui permet de flotter et de suivre le tourbillon de l'eau de lessive dans le panier de lavage. Ainsi, les particules activatrices d'eau peuvent être efficacement exposées à l'eau de lessive en circulation, de sorte qu'on obtient l'effet maximal de leurs activités de surface dans la lessive.
