The instant invention pertains to a concentrated aqueous dispersion of organic light stabilizers with a particle size of less than 1000 nm, prepared by heterophase radical polymerization of ethylenically unsaturated monomers in the presence of the light stabilizers, wherein the weight ratio of light stabilizer to polymeric carrier is greater than 50/100. Another aspect of the invention is a process for the preparation of such aqueous dispersions with high light stabilizer content. Aqueous dispersions prepared according to this process are useful ingredients for adhesives, aqueous emulsions of natural or synthetic rubbers, water based inks or a water based coating compositions, which are consequently also subjects of the invention.
L'invention concerne une dispersion aqueuse concentrée de stabilisateurs légers organiques à dimension particulaire inférieure à 1 000 nm préparée par polymérisation radicale hétérophase de monomères non saturés sur le plan éthylénique en présence de stabilisateurs légers, le rapport en poids du stabilisateur léger par rapport au support polymère étant supérieur à 50/100. Un autre aspect de l'invention consiste en un procédé de préparation de ces dispersions aqueuses avec une teneur en stabilisateur léger élevée. Les dispersions aqueuses préparées selon ce procédé sont des ingrédients utiles pour des adhésifs, des émulsions aqueuses de caoutchouc synthétique ou naturel, des encres à base d'eau ou des compositions de revêtement à base d'eau, qui sont par conséquent également des objets de l'invention.
