Water-based primer composition made up of (A) a water-compatibilised modified polyolefin type resin, which is a modified polyolefin resin modified with an a, .beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid, of a saponification value of 10-60 mg KOH/g, a number average molecular mass of 4000 30,000 and a degree of chlorination of 0-30 wt %, water-compatibilised by means of an amine compound, and if necessary additionally by a surfactant, (B) a water-compatibilised acrylic resin of a glass transition temperature of -50 to 20 °C, and (C) a water-compatibilised polyurethane resin of a break elongation of 200-600 %, and if necessary an additional curing agent, in which the contents of the different components are (A) 25-70 wt %, the sum of (B) and (C) 30-75 wt %, and the ratio by weight of (B)/(C) 100/0 50/50.
L'invention concerne une composition d'apprêt à base d'eau contenant (A) une résine polyoléfinique modifiée rendue compatible avec l'eau, laquelle a été préalablement modifiée avec un acide carboxylique alpha, beta insaturé, présentant une valeur de saponification de 10 à 60 mg KOH/g, une masse molaire de 4000 à 30000 et une teneur en chlore de 0 à 30 % en poids, et rendue compatible avec l'eau au moyen d'un composé d'amine, et si nécessaire, d'un agent tensio-actif, (B) une résine acrylique rendue compatible avec l'eau présentant une température de transition vitreuse de -50 à 20 C, et (C) une résine de polyuréthane rendue compatible avec l'eau présentant une élongation à la rupture de 200 à 600 %, et, si nécessaire, un agent de durcissement supplémentaire, la teneur en composant (A) étant de 25 à 70 % en poids, la somme de (B) et (C) étant de 30 à 75 % en poids, et le rapport massique de (B)/(C) étant de 100/0-50/50.
