WATER BASED RESIN DISPERSIONS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Water-based silicone resin dispersions are pro- vided comprising a solid organopolysiloxane resin or mixture of resins and a combination of suspending aids including hydroxy-,alkoxy-, or neutralized carboxy poly- meric type and non-ionic and/or anionic surfactant as well as an amount of water sufficient for providing a water-based suspension having a desired viscosity and silicone resin solids content by weight, and resistant to settling on prolonged standing.
