PATENT 2080-35-00 WATER-BORNE PHOTOIMAGEABLE COMPOSITIONS (?) Summary of the Invention A water-borne and aqueous developable photoimageable composition comprises an emulsion binder polymer having an acid number of between about 50 and about 175 with sufficient surfactant to maintain micelles of said emulsion polymer, a solution binder polymer having an acid number of between about 100 and about 250, and ammonia or an ammonium compound at a sufficient level to solubilize said solution in an aqueous medium containing no organic solvent, photopolymerizable monomer and a photoinitiator.
