ABSTRACT A water broom having a T-shaped frame structure mounted on two wheels for movably supporting the water broom above a travel surface, the wheels being mounted directly to the ends of the cross member, the ends of which have been flattened so as to form mounting surfaces. The leg and cross member of the "T" frame are connected together by a modified "T" joint.
