For all domestic water closets (toilets) devices and methods to reduce water consumption focus upon reducing or restricting the available volume of water in the tank, but this reflects in a reduction of the designed performance of the water closet. Our invention serves to stimulate the water movement from tank to bowl during the flush process in order to maximize force and flow of the useable water and result in improving the efficiency of operation for the water closet. Our invention inserts readily in the tank outlet where it meets the bowl just below the tank flapper and is also as easily removed. The blade assembly is powered by the water which is evacuated downward from the tank and then powers the water horizontally through the bowl ring. The design of the blade assembly increases the mechanical advantage which effectively increases the horizontal power of the blade assembly beyond the vertical power neccessary to turn the blade assembly. The result sees our invention deliver a set volume of water faster than the usual gravity flow.
