A water dispensing system that utilizes a collapsible replaceable bladder that is supported by a container. The container may also utilize an optional chilling/heating system for cooling/heating of the water. The collapsible bladder when filled contacts the sides of the container for support and also to enable the cooling/heating system to work efficiently should chilling/heating be required. The collapsible bladder is connected and secured to the inlet/outlet tube by a fastening device (clamp or collar). When filled with water the bladder activates a level control system (mechanical or electronic) that shuts off/on the water flow to the bladder controlling the water volume in the bladder. The flow to the bladder is through an inlet/outlet tube located at the base of the bladder. The water is dispensed through faucets connected to the bladder via tubing when the faucets are opened. The bladder collapses as water is drawn from it by means of opening one of the faucets. The bladder expands as it is recharged with water when the flow level control system allows water to flow into the bladder and recharge it.
