Disclosed is a water dispersible, storage stable antifoam concentrate comprising a polydiorganosiloxane component; fine solid particles of inorganic oxide, bearing on the surface thereof a polydiorganosiloxane component; a solvent component; a nonionic emulsifier component; and a thickener component. The antifoam concentrate can be dispersed with a pre-set amount of water, using moderate shear, to obtain a complete, storage stable, low cost antifoam emulsion, which can be used in agricultural, food, textile, waste water, liquid detergent and general industrial applications.
