A water-and-oil repellant composition of the aqueous dispersion type which changes little in viscosity upon repetitions of freezing/thawing and has excellent storage stability. In particular, the water-and-oil repellant composition can stably impart to paper excellent resistance to water and oils. The composition contains a polyfluoroalkyl-containing phosphoric acid salt in combination with a compound miscible with water in any proportion and having a flash point of 50 to 150~C (propylene glycol, etc.).
L'invention concerne une composition hydrophobe et oléophobe de type dispersion aqueuse dont la viscosité varie peu après des opérations répétées de congélation/décongélation et dont la stabilité de stockage est excellente. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une composition hydrophobe et oléophobe susceptible de conférer au papier une forte résistance à l'eau et à l'huile. La composition comprend un sel d'acide phosphorique contenant un polyfluoralkyle combiné à un composé hydromiscible selon une proportion quelconque et dont le point d'éclair oscille entre 50 et 150 ·C (propylène glycol, etc.).
