ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermostatically and timer operated boiler provides steam to a condenser coil partially or wholly submerged in cooling water agitated by a small agitator. cooling fan blows air at ambient temperature upon the surface of the cooling water thus assisting in removing heat from the cooling water. The air after having passed over the surface of the water is expelled back to atmos- phere. The cooling water is connected to the boiler which is supplied from the cooling water container.
