[PROBLEMS] A water hammer-less valve in which a pneumatically operated valve automatically prevents a stem from rising when water hammer occurs, thereby opening of a flow path is limited. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The water hammer-less valve has the pneumatically operated valve in which a flow path is opened and closed by a valve body moving up and down by operation of a pneumatic actuator, and also has a limitation mechanism for limiting the rise of the valve body when water hammer occurs. The limitation mechanism has a stepping motor whose shaft is fixed to the upper part of the actuator; a vertically moving member connected to the rotating shaft, rising as the rotating shaft rotates in one direction, and lowering as the rotating shaft rotates in the opposite direction; a lower end detection member for detecting the fact that the vertically movable member descends to be in contact with the upper end of the stem; and a control device for rotating the stepping motor in one direction when supply of air to the actuator is started, rotating the stepping motor in the reverse direction when the air supply is stopped, and sends a stop signal to the stepping motor when detection is made by the lower end detection section.
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention est de proposer une vanne sans coup de bélier dans laquelle une vanne à commande pneumatique empêche automatiquement une tige de monter lorsque le coup de bélier se produit, ainsi l~ouverture d~un passage d~écoulement est limitée. La solution proposée consiste en une vanne sans coup de bélier qui comporte la soupape à commande pneumatique dans laquelle un passage d~écoulement est ouvert et fermé par un corps de soupape qui se déplace vers le haut et vers le bas grâce au fonctionnement d~un actionneur pneumatique, et possède également un mécanisme de limitation pour limiter la montée du corps de soupape lorsque le coup de bélier se produit. Le mécanisme de limitation possède un moteur pas-à-pas dont l~arbre est fixé à la partie supérieure de l~actionneur ; un élément mobile verticalement relié à l~arbre rotatif, qui monte lorsque l~arbre rotatif tourne dans une direction, et descend lorsque l~arbre rotatif tourne dans la direction opposée ; un élément de détection d~extrémité inférieure pour détecter le fait que l~élément mobile verticalement descend pour être en contact avec l~extrémité supérieure de la tige ; et un dispositif de commande pour faire tourner le moteur pas-à-pas dans une direction lorsque l~alimentation en air vers l~actionneur est démarrée, faire tourner le moteur pas-à-pas dans la direction inverse lorsque l~alimentation en air est arrêtée, et envoie un signal d~arrêt au moteur pas-à-pas lorsque la détection est réalisée par la section de détection d~extrémité inférieure.
