PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: a présente demande à pour objet de nouvelles émulsions utilisables notamment pour réaliser des compositions cosmétiques. Ces émulsions comprennent une phase aqueuse, une phase huileuse et comme émulsifiant un polymère séquencé résultant de la conden- sation d'oxyde d'éthyléne sur des propyléne-glycols. Elles con- tiennent de 30 à 60 % d'eau; l'huile ayant une constante diélec- trique supérieure à 3,70. Le polymére séquencée possède une balan- ce hydrophile/lipophile inférieure à 3,5. Ces nouvelles émulsions constituent des émulsions du type "eau-dans-l'huile".
