WATER-INSOLUBLE ALUMINOSILICATE- CONTAINING DETERGENT COMPOSITION ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A process for producing a spray-dried detergent composi- tion containing a water-insoluble aluminosilicate. Sodium car- bonate and a water-soluble salt of an organic compound having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms substituted with a sulfate or sulfonate group and at least one carboxyl group are added to an aqueous slurry containing the aluminosilicate and an organic detergent. Granules produced by spray-drying the aqueous slurry are crisp and free-flowing.
