A B S T R A C T Water massage mat consisting of an essentially rectangular covering (1)formed by two sheets (11-12) of the same flexible material, joined in such a way and by such means noted herein so as to form a structure in all ways similar to an air mattress; the seam comprising a peripheral line (21) goes along the entire edge of the covering and a second inner seam (22) creates a first hermetic canalization (31) and a second canalization (32) closed at one end (321) and connected at the other (322) to a supply tube (4) for compressed air which may possibly be treated. The two canalizations (31-32) are obtained with several inner longitudinal seams (221) parallel to each other, as well as to the lateral seams (211) at an appropriate distance from these and each other and extending to the vicinity of the lower (212) and upper (213) peripheral seams at a suitable distance from these these longitudinal seams (221) are, furthermore, alternately interconnected at their ends by further pieces of lower (222), upper (223) orthogonals to the same so as to form a serpentine path; the two outer seams of such a group of inner longitudinal seams (221) go, furthermore, on to meet at the upper peripheral seam (213), in the centre of which it is circumferentially joined to one end of said supply tube (4) consisting of a flexible, flat tube. In the upper part of said second canalization (32), there are tiny holes (5) having a suitable distance between them to allow the escape of compressed air put there by the supply tube (4), producing the water massage effect; suction cups (6) are attached to the underside thereof with a suitable distance between to allow the covering to be firmly fixed to the bottom of the tub, a conventional bathtub or the like used for water massage. - 2 - A similar coupling (7) is, moreover, suitably positioned on said first canalization (31) to allow the fluid with which it is filled to be emptied.
