A water purifying apparatus includes a casing having a side seat on each of two sides thereof. At least one of the side seats has a first screw hole in a top thereof. A second screw hole is defined in a top of the casing. A faucet is selectively coupled to one of the first screw hole and the second screw hole, and the other of the first screw hole and the second screw hole being covered. A water-treating unit, a mineralizing/biochemical module, and a magnetizing module are mounted in the casing for treating water.
