Abstract of the Disclosure There is provided a silicone composition for rendering surfaces stain resistant and water repellent comprising: (a) an organopolysiloxane resin selected from the group consisting of resins having R3SiO0.5 units and Si02 units, the ratio of R3SiO0.5 units to Si02 units, ranging from about 0.2 to about 0.9:1 and resins having R3SiO0.5 units, R2Si0 units, and Si02 units, the ratio of R3SiO0.5 units to SiO2 ranging from about 0.2 to about 0.9:1 and the ratio of R2SiO units being up to about 0.1:1 where each R is independently selected from substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon radical of from 1 to 8 carbon atoms; (b) alkyl-alkoxypolysiloxane resin; and (c) an effective amount of condensation catalyst.
