The invention relates generally to a pair of shoes intended to support an individual on the surface of a body of water, each shoe taking the form of an elongate pontoon straps on the upper surface of each shoe to contain the feet of the user. Flexible flaps or scoops are formed on the underside to be utilized to assist propulsion.
