ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a ski equipment which com- prises a pair of water-ski poles and a pair of elongated water skis having sufficient buoyancy to sustain the weight of a skier and being provided intermediate their ends, with wells for receiving and positioning the feet of the skier. Each pole has a stick and a propulsion cup at one of its ends; the cup having an open end to be driven into water and a closed end solid with the stick. The cup closed end is provided with a one-way valve constructed to allow closing when the cup is driven into water and to open when withdrawn. The sticks of the poles and the skis are also provided with tenon and mortise joints suitable for secur- ing the poles, transversely of the skis, fore and aft of the foot wells. The equipment also includes one-piece fin structures beneath the skis for preventing backward motion of one ski when the other moves forwardly.
