A method of forming a polymer laver on a support surface by the use of a coating agent and polymerizable compounds. The coating agent provides photoreactive groups adapted to attach the agent to the surface, as well as photoreactive groups adapted to remain unattached to the surface, and thus serve as photoinitiators for the activation of polymerizable compounds in order to form a polymer laver thereon. Also provided are coating agents, per se, as well as a method of using such agents and the resultant surfaces and devices fabricated therefrom.
L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à former une couche polymère sur une surface support au moyen d'un agent de revêtement et de composés polymérisables. L'agent de revêtement comporte des groupes photoréactifs permettant de fixer l'agent à la surface, ainsi que des groupes photoréactifs ne se fixant pas à la surface, et servant par conséquent de photoinitiateurs pour l'activation de composés polymérisables afin de former une couche polymère à la surface. L'invention concerne également des agents de revêtement per se, ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation de tels agents de revêtement et les surfaces et appareils résultants fabriqués au moyen de ces agents.
