a tube (10) is resistant to water infiltration into the cavity between the head (16) and the cap (72). The tube container (10) has a body wall (12) and a head (16). The body wall (12) defines a chamber (14) therein. The head (16) has a shoulder (18), which has an orifice therethrough in communication with the chamber (14). The shoulder (18) has a ridge (24) extending therefrom adjacent its periphery. The ridge (24) substantially blocks the infiltration of water when the cap is secured to the head.
