A waterproof and moisture-permeable shoe which includes: a moisture-permeable and waterproof upper assembly (11-15) having a lower outwardly-folded edge (18, 20); an insole (16) having an outer peripheral component (22) to which the lower outwardly-folded egde of the upper assembly is perimetrically connected: a plurality of stitches (17) which connect the lower outwardly-folded edge of the upper assembly perimetrically to the outer peripheral component of the insole; a waterproof outsole (19) connected below the insole; and a waterproof sealing connecting element which is made of moisture-impermeable sealing material and which connects the lower outwardly-folded edge of the upper assembly to the outer peripheral component of the insole in at least one sealed region such as to provide a waterproof seal in the at least one sealed region. The moisture-impermeable sealing material of the waterproof sealing connecting element is a hardened material which has been injected in a fluid state, preferably as a portion of the outsole (19).
L'invention concerne une chaussure étanche à l'eau et perméable à l'humidité qui comprend ce qui suit: une tige étanche à l'eau et perméable à l'humidité (11-15) possédant un bord inférieur replié vers l'extérieur (18, 20); une semelle intérieure (16) comportant un composant périphérique extérieur (22) sur le périmètre duquel est fixé le bord inférieur replié vers l'extérieur; plusieurs coutures (17) qui relient, sur tout le périmètre, le bord inférieur replié vers l'extérieur de la tige au composant périphérique extérieur de la semelle intérieure; une semelle extérieure (19) étanche à l'eau et reliée sous la semelle intérieure; et un raccord d'étanchéification imperméable à l'eau fait à partir d'un matériau d'étanchéification perméable à l'humidité et reliant le bord inférieur replié vers l'extérieur de l'ensemble supérieur au composant périphérique extérieur de la semelle intérieure dans au moins une partie étanchéisée de manière à former un joint étanche à l'eau dans au moins cette partie étanchéisée. Le matériau étanche à l'eau et perméable à l'humidité du raccord d'étanchéification imperméable à l'eau se présente comme une substance injectée à l'état liquide et constituant de préférence une partie de la semelle extérieure (19).
