A waterproof and vapor-perme-able shoe, which comprises: - a sole (11, 111), provided with a vapor permeation region (12, 112), - an assembly insole (13), which is cov-ered, toward the sole (11, 111), by at least one first gasket (14) made of waterproof material, which has at least one vapor-permeable or perfo-rated portion (15) above the vapor permeation re-gion (12, 112), which, once assembled, covers -- an upper shoe assembly (16), which comprises at least one vapor- permeable lining (17), a vapor-permeable upper (18), and a waterproof and va-por-permeable upper membrane (19) that is be-tween them, the upper shoe assembly (16) being associated with the assembly insole (13) at least predominantly according to the construction known as "AGO lasting", - at least one second gasket (20), made of waterproof material, which adheres so to form a waterproof seal to the first gasket (14) and is glued to the lower edge (18a) of the upper (18), which it surmounts, the second gasket (20) forming a waterproof sealing region of the upper shoe assembly (16) and the first gas-ket (14) to the sole (11, 111), leaving free for a- vapor permeation at least the vapor-permeable or perforated portion (15).
La présente invention concerne une chaussure étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur, comportant : une semelle (11, 111), dotée d'une zone de perméation de vapeur (12, 112); une première d'assemblage (13) recouverte, vers la semelle (11, 111), par au moins un premier joint d'étanchéité (14) réalisé à partir d'un matériau étanche à l'eau, lequel comprend moins une partie perméable à la vapeur, ou perforée (15) au-dessus de la zone de perméation de vapeur (12, 112), qui, une fois assemblée, recouvre un ensemble de chaussure supérieur (16), qui comporte au moins une doublure (17) perméable à la vapeur, une tige (18) perméable à la vapeur, et une membrane supérieure (19) étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur interposée entre celles-ci. L'ensemble de chaussure supérieur (16) est associé, au moins en grande partie, à la première d'assemblage (13), selon le montage dit "AGO lasting"; au moins un second joint d'étanchéité (20) réalisé à partir d'un matériau étanche à l'eau qui adhère, de manière à former un joint étanche à l'eau, au premier joint d'étanchéité (14) et qui est collé au rebord inférieur (18a) de la tige (18), sur lequel il est monté, le second joint d'étanchéité (20) formant une zone d'étanchéité à l'eau de l'ensemble de chaussure supérieur (16) et le premier joint d'étanchéité (14) par rapport à la semelle (11, 111), laissant libre au moins la partie perméable à la vapeur ou perforée (15) pour la perméation de vapeur.
