The present invention is to provide a waterproof motor set of barbecue rack, which comprises a motor installed in a containing space inside an opening on one side of a housing; a waterproof washer made of elastic material installed on a top brim of the opening; and a cover fastened on the housing at the other side of the waterproof washer, such that the cover and the housing are combined together. An axle hole corresponding to an axle base of the motor is on the cover; a waterproof sleeve is installed inside the axle hole; the inner periphery of the waterproof sleeve is combined with the housing and in close contact with the outer periphery of the axle base; and an output axle of the axle base is stretched out from the axle hole.
