- 21 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fusion bondable waterproof sheet having a first ethylene-.alpha.-olefin rubber layer which has a high crosslinking rate and is changed to a crosslinked layer and a second ethylene-.alpha.-olefin rubber layer which has a low crosslinking rate and is changed to a partly crosslinked layer, the crosslinking of both sheets being carried after compositing and integrating them, which sheet has good fusion bonda- bility and good bond strength at high temperature.
