It comprises three layers: a first layer of plastic material that provides the whole with mechanical strength, a second intermediate layer of foam forming a union between the first and second layer, and a third layer of impermeable plastic material and is characterised in that the first layer (2) is mase on an elastomeric polyolefin of high strength and elasticity, in that the second layer (3) is of closed-cell, physically or chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam, and in that the third layer (4) is of polyolefin with high tear resistance. A light waterproofing sheet is obtained which withstands extreme meteorological conditions, is resistant to chemical agents, while it also has optimum mechanical properties at a lower thickness thanks to the material of which the first layer is comprised and unlike other sheets existing it has no ageing limit, which measn that once the sheets have been fitted they do not have to be replaced.
L'invention concerne une tôle à trois couches: une première couche en plastique qui confère à l'ensemble une résistance mécanique, une seconde couche intermédiaire de mousse qui relie les première et seconde couches, et une troisième couche de matériau plastique étanche. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la première couche (2) est constituée d'une polyoléfine élastomère possédant une résistance et une élasticité élevées, en ce que la seconde couche (3) est constituée de mousse de polyéthylène réticulé chimiquement ou physiquement à alvéoles fermés, et en ce que la troisième couche (4) est constituée d'une polyoléfine possédant une résistance élevée au déchirement. On obtient ainsi une tôle imperméable légère qui résiste aux conditions météorologiques extrêmes et aux agents chimiques, tout en présentant des propriétés mécaniques optimales à faible épaisseur grâce au matériau à partir duquel la première couche est fabriquée. Et, contrairement à d'autres tôles existantes, celle-ci n'a pas de limite de vieillissement, c'est à dire qu'une fois posée, elle n'a pas à être remplacée.
