Abstract of the Disclosure A wave pool has a plurality of waterways each having a wave-making device for generating waves at one end of the waterway. The waterways have a common opening at the other end. The bottoms of the waterways slope upwards towards the advancing direction of the waves which have been generated from the wave-making device. A pool is installed adjacent to the common opening. The waterways are inclined towards one another so that the direction lines of the generated waves intersect. The pool is deep in its central area and shallow on its periphery.
