The new invention is a novel development of transferring the motion between wheels by means of arms to transfer motion between them, and a torque wheel which is like a lever arm so that the revolutions per minute (rpm) remain as they are, but with a great increase in the torque, which will be multiplied by the ratio of lengths between the circumference of the wheel and the distance to the pivot point (shaft). The increase in the torque and the same rpmwill reduce fuel requirements, thus saving expense and avoiding excess pollution. It will also be possible to use the excess energy in various fields by the feed back or transforming it to other forms.
Nouvelle méthode de transfert de mouvement d'une roue à une autre au moyen de bras et d'une roue de changement de couple agissant comme un bras de levier. Cette méthode fait en sorte que le nombre de tours par minute (t/min) demeure le même mais que le couple augmente considérablement. Ce dernier sera en effet multiplié par le rapport entre la circonférence des roues et leur distance en regard de leur point d'articulation (l'arbre). L'augmentation du couple et la stabilité du nombre de t/min permettront de réduire les besoins en carburant, et donc de réaliser des économies et de réduire la pollution. De plus, l'énergie excédentaire pourra être utilisée à diverses fins après avoir été récupérée et transformée.
