A wear resistance reinforcing method for a sliding structure formed from at least a pair of components in a sliding relation and provided with a seal member on a sliding face of a first component. A wear-resistant metal-plated film formed from a metal having a predetermined reactivity with the material of the seal member is provided on a sliding surface of a second component. The present invention enables provision of a wear resistance reinforcing method and a sliding structure which improves workability of a film to impart wear resistance properties in addition to low unevenness in wear resistance properties.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de renforcement de résistance à l'abrasion d'une structure coulissante constituée par au moins une paire de composants en relation de coulissement et comportant un élément d'étanchéité sur la surface de coulissement d'un composant, un film revêtu de métal résistant à l'abrasion, présentant une certaine sensibilité au matériau de l'élément d'étanchéité, étant disposé sur la surface de coulissement de l'autre composant. Un procédé de renforcement de la résistance à l'abrasion et une structure coulissante permettant une bonne aptitude au travail de revêtement pour communiquer une résistance à l'abrasion et réduisant la variation de la résistance à l'abrasion peuvent ainsi être proposés.
