The present invention relates to substantially uniform, discontinuous films of a topical product having a defined abrasion resistance, coverage value and particle spacing. The films are wear or transfer resistant and provide good skin coverage, while simultaneously providing improved skin appearance, e.g. good apparent coverage and a natural look. The films can be formed by methods which provide the defined particle coverage and spacing, including silk screening and the like and electrostatic spray techniques. The films are preferably formed by electrostatically spraying the composition onto the skin.
L'invention concerne des films discontinus sensiblement uniformes d'un produit topique présentant une résistance à l'abrasion, une valeur de couverture et un espacement de particules définis. Ces films sont résistants à l'usure ou au transfert et ont un bon pouvoir couvrant sur la peau, tout en donnant à la peau une meilleure apparence, notamment une bonne couverture apparente et un aspect naturel. Ces films peuvent être obtenus au moyen de procédés qui permettent d'obtenir la couverture et l'espacement de particules définis, y compris la sérigraphie et analogues et les techniques de pulvérisation électrostatique. De préférence, ces films sont obtenus par pulvérisation électrostatique de la composition sur la peau.
