A wearing article in which turn-up at the side edge of waist due to shrinkage of an elastic element located along the edge for defining the opening of waist is suppressed. In the wearing article comprising a first fastening component (7a) provided along the side edge of at least any one of a front waist region and a rear waist region, and a second fastening component (7b) provided along the side edge of the other of the front and rear waist regions, the first and second fastening components engaging with each other removably, the wearing article has a waist elastic region extending along an edge defining the opening of waist, and the upper end of the second fastening component is located higher than the upper end of the first fastening component and the upper edge of the waist elastic region.

L'invention concerne un article à porter qui permet d'éviter la formation d'un pli au niveau du bord latéral de la taille en raison d'un rétrécissement d'un élément élastique situé le long du bord et formant l'ouverture de la taille. L'invention concerne plus précisément un article à porter comprenant un premier élément de fixation (7a) situé le long du bord latéral de la région avant de la taille et/ou de la région arrière de la taille, ainsi qu'un second élément de fixation (7b) situé le long du bord latéral de l'autre région avant ou arrière de la taille.
