The invention relates to a wearing parts system (1) intended for the tool of a tilling machine of the type which comprises a holder part (3), having a front end part (8), and an exchangeable wearing and/or replacement part (2), arranged over this end part and comprising a hood-shaped (6) hollow (7) which, when the wearing part (2) is fitted in place, is designed to grip over the end part and is fixed thereto by means of at least one locking device (27) placed through interacting openings (28), the end part and the hollow having front, rear and collateral contact zones (9, 22, 23), each comprising contact faces (10, 25, 26), disposed one on the holder part and one on the wearing part, for the absorption of acting vertical, horizontal and collateral forces Fx, Fy and Fz. The contact faces (25, 26) are designed to interact so as, on the one hand, to limit the pushing-on of the wearing part over the holder part and, on the other hand, to ensure that the contact between the contact faces will be made, primarily, at the common centre Mo, of the two radii (of a recess and a projection) essentially in the horizontal plane YZ and secondarily, as the wear has progressed, symmetrically about this mid contact point as an increasingly large contact zone (22~, 23~).
L'invention concerne un système (1) de pièces d'usure destiné à l'outil d'une machine de labourage du type comprenant une partie manche (3), laquelle comporte une partie d'extrémité avant (8), et une partie (2) d'usure remplaçable et/ou de remplacement placée sur cette partie d'extrémité et qui comprend un élément creux (7) en forme de capuchon (6) qui, lorsque la pièce d'usure (2) est mise en place, est conçu pour envelopper la partie d'extrémité et se fixer à celle-ci à l'aide d'au moins un dispositif de blocage (27) se plaçant à travers des ouvertures (28) coopérantes. La partie d'extrémité et l'élément creux comportent des zones de contact (9, 22, 23) avant, arrière et collatérales qui comprennent chacune des faces de contact (10, 25, 26), l'une de celles-ci se situant sur la partie manche et l'autre sur la pièce d'usure, pour absorber les forces Fx, Fy et Fz agissant de manière verticale, horizontale et collatérale. Les faces de contact (25, 26) sont conçues pour interagir afin de limiter, d'une part, la poussée de la pièce d'usure sur la partie manche, et, d'autre part, pour assurer que le contact entre les faces de contact se fasse principalement au centre commun Mo de deux rayons (d'une partie creuse et d'une partie saillante), essentiellement dans le plan horizontal YZ ; et secondairement, à mesure que l'usure progresse, symétriquement autour du point de contact médian qui forme une zone de contact (22', 23') de grandeur croissante.
