KASTEN ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Concentrated ammonium salt compositions containing a binder and a viscosity control agent, when utilized in aqueous dispersion, are stabilized against gelation by addi- tion of an inhibitor. The aqueous dispersion is applied to foliage, vegetation, logging slash and the like to hinder or prevent wildfires during prolonged weather exposure. Typical gelation inhibitors are morpholine, ethylenediamine and mono- ethanolamine.
