A weather protection device for the protection of moisture or sunlight sensitive specialized cultures (4) of plant cultivation is recommended, with at least a largely watertight protective skin (2, 3) that is attached to a carrier unit (1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12), which safely ensures an effective protection, especially of plants (4) from weather influences, even over longer periods of time at comparably low effort, and which is economically inexpensive to produce, especially for very large-scale applications, such as for areas of several acres of size: This is achieved according to the invention in that the protective skin (2, 3) is attached at least partially pivoting on the carrier unit (1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) for swiveling out by means of wind force from an idle position, and that at least a net (9), meshwork, and/or screen is provided, on which the protective skin (2, 3 ) rests.
Dispositif permettant de protéger des cultures végétales spéciales (4) sensibles à l'humidité ou à la lumière du soleil, qui comporte au moins une membrane de protection (2, 3) largement imperméable à l'eau, fixée sur une unité de support (1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12). Ladite membrane garantit de manière sure et comparativement peu compliquée une protection efficace des plantes (4) en particulier contre les effets des intempéries, même sur de longues périodes, et peut être fabriquée de manière économiquement avantageuse pour des applications sur de très grandes surfaces à protéger, de l'ordre de l'hectare. Selon la présente invention, la membrane de protection (2, 3) est montée au moins partiellement pivotante sur l'unité de support (1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) de façon à pouvoir pivoter sous l'effet de la force du vent à partir d'une position de repos, et ledit dispositif comporte au moins un filet (9), un treillis et / ou un grillage sur lequel repose la membrane (2, 3).
