ABSTRACT WEATHER RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS HAVING A VULCANIZED ELASTOMERIC OUTER LAYER In a one step process a body of woodchips or lignocellulosic fibres impregnated with a heat curable polar resin adhesive is contacted with EP(D)M rubber sheet containing peroxide curative and subjected to hot pressing. The rubber is thereby cured and caused to covulcanise and adhere to the woodchips to produce a weather resistant construction element.
