A weather resistant outlet cover assembly for a double size electrical box capable of housing a pair of electrical service devices includes a base adapted to be mounted in a moisture resistant connection around the electrical box. The base has a central aperture for providing access to the electrical devices in the box. Pivotally connected to the base along an upper portion thereof is a housing adapted to provide a moisture resistant enclosure in front of the electrical service devices. A pair of inserts are adapted to be jointly mounted in the base to close the central aperture with each of the inserts including at least one opening therein conforming in size and shape to surround one of the pair of electrical service devices. The inserts are of the same peripheral size and shape so that they can be mounted in side-by-side relationship either horizontally or vertically to correspond to the mounting of the electrical components. Merely by changing inserts, the same outlet cover assembly can be used for a variety of different components.
